Custom Santa Fe Concrete & Masonry started in 2016 with a straightforward goal: bring honest, skilled masonry work to Santa Fe homeowners who were tired of getting promises and receiving something else. Santa Fe is not a typical city for masonry work. The adobe homes, the high desert climate, the freeze-thaw winters, the intense monsoon summers - every job here has conditions that a contractor from another market would not anticipate.
From the historic neighborhoods near the Plaza to the hillside properties looking out toward the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, we have worked on homes of every age and style. We understand that Santa Fe homes are built differently - thick adobe walls, stucco exteriors, flat roofs with canales - and we approach every job with the materials and methods that match what is actually in front of us, not a one-size-fits-all approach imported from somewhere else.
Today, Custom Santa Fe Concrete & Masonry serves 12 communities across northern New Mexico. Every project is handled by an experienced crew that knows this region, knows the local building code, and takes pride in work that lasts. We live and work here too, which means we care about doing things right.
We tell you what your masonry actually needs - not what generates the largest invoice. If a crack is cosmetic, we say so. If it needs repair, we explain exactly why and show you the evidence.
Santa Fe homes are built with adobe, brick, stone, and stucco - sometimes all four. We use compatible mortars and materials that work with your existing construction, not against it.
We give you a realistic schedule before work starts and hold to it. If something changes on-site, you hear from us the same day - not after the fact on a final invoice.
